Wedding Booking Form

To fulfil the booking a €250 non-refundable deposit is required which can be paid by bank transfer, card, or Revolut. Payment details will be emailed to you after this form is submitted.

Contract & information: It is mutually agreed that the following terms of agreement form an integral part of this contract and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless accepted by both Photos by Vinny and the client, in writing.
Deposit: Dates can be held provisionally for a period of 7 days, by this time a non refundable deposit of €250 is required. If the deposit is not paid within this time the date will be made available for other wedding enquiries. Once the deposit is received we will hold this date for you and you alone, no other bookings will be taken for that date.
Balance: After the booking deposit is paid, the outstanding balance must then be paid either on, or before the agreed wedding date.
Image Backup: Images from your wedding day will be kept in your online gallery and on our on-site backup servers for a period of no longer than two years. This can be extended should you need it.
Delivery of Images: Delivery of your images will be done through your own private gallery, and on usb as part of your wedding package. Delivery of images is usually completed within 4-6 weeks from your wedding date. If there is any reason why delivery might take longer, we will contact you in advance.
Locations: It is required that we are notified in writing of exact addresses for morning preparations, ceremonies and receptions in advance of the wedding date. The couples photography locations will also be agreed in the weeks leading up to the wedding, these locations are usually situated between the ceremony and reception venues. Please note that for weddings which are taking place 100km outside of Dublin are subject to a €100 travel fee, for petrol etc. If your wedding location is more than a 2 hour drive from Dublin accommodation in a local B+B will be required for the night before. If evening coverage is required, a hot meal provided would be gratefully appreciated. A main meal from the venue bar will be perfect.
Specific Images: In most instances we reserve the right to use our own artistic judgement for the images taken on your wedding day. However, if there are any specific images you would like taken, please do make us aware of them in writing prior to the date.
Copyright: As part of the Copyright Act of 2000, we at Photos by Vinny hold sole copyright for all images taken by ourselves. As part of your package you will receive 500+ colour corrected and edited digital versions of these images. As part of this package, you, our client have full permission to distribute unlimited versions of these images in print or by digital means for a solely personal purpose. Any commercial use of your images cannot be undertaken without contacting us beforehand.
Acts of God: We declare that the utmost effort will be made to provide photographic services of the highest standard on your day. However, in the unlikely event that any medical, natural or other emergencies impede us from doing so, we will take steps to provide photographic cover by way of a replacement photographer from our extended network to the same or similar price as the package agreed. In the unlikely event that this is not possible all money paid shall be returned to the client.
Cancellation: In the event that the client cancels or postpones the wedding they forfeit the deposit paid to the photographer. However if the rescheduled date is available on the photographer's calendar, it is possible to move this deposit to the new date. If this date is not available, the deposit remains forfeited.
